Members of the Working Group and Council staff will share the principles and recommendations developed by the Strengthening Community Philanthropy Ad Hoc Working Group.
Last July, the Council on Foundations convened a group of community foundation leaders to develop a set of principles and policy recommendations to strengthen community foundations and donor advised funds (DAFs) long into the future. The recommendations are the product of 6 months of hard work by the Working Group.
Foundation leaders will have an opportunity to hear from members of the Working Group and Council staff, ask questions, and learn about next steps for these recommendations.
