In an exclusive session for Council members only, the Council’s Government Affairs Team and Capitol Hill consultants will be available to answer questions about the implementation of the recently passed $1.9 trillion relief legislation, the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and the new infrastructure proposals announced by President Biden on March 31, called the American Jobs Plan.
