An organization is only as strong as its culture, and in today’s virtual environment, maintaining a strong culture can bring about a variety of challenges. As the world grapples with the consequences of systemic injustice, the complexities of a global pandemic and the management of long-term, remote operations, coming together is more essential than ever. The Council on Foundations has teamed up with CHANGE Philanthropy for the 5th year in a row, to present the fifth annual HR Retreat: Culture, Climate and Connection in the New Work World. This two-day convening, hosted by Chicago Community Trust and Robert R. McCormick Foundation, will bring together an intimate group of human resource professionals from across the sector for an engaging series of discussions, experiential activities and community building. The HR retreat will offer three tracks, each of which will include two workshop sessions.
